The Fantasy Orchestra brings together more than 50 musicians, pros, amateurs, and everything in between, to form a gloriously colourful symphonic brigade.

Each year they set off on a cycling tour, pedalling from gig to gig, camping along the way and spreading joy, glitter and glorious noise wherever they land. Rockaway is one of their regular stops.
Their travels have taken them far and wide. In 2018 they played the Mumbai Royal Opera House and even entered a Hindustani talent competition. Another year they won the Bristol Eisteddfod Big Band competition — narrowly (and a little sheepishly) beating a group of teenage flautists.
The Fantasy Orchestra’s setlist is a whirlwind trip across genres and continents. Expect glitter, greasepaint, outlandish outfits and a joyful, cacophonous spectacle that’s always a treat to witness.
Rockaway Café and Bar will be open throughout, serving hot food and drinks — come along, soak up the atmosphere, and get involved.
