We have a dedicated Live Room rehearsal space with an adjoining Control Room for recording. Hours and access are flexible, and additional equipment may be available for hire upon request.

Who is it for? bands, solo artists, podcasters, creatives and sound artists etc who need space to rehearse and record their work.

• You get use of the live room and backline (see specs below), vocal booth and PA system. Perfect for loud jams, writing and practicing.

CONTROL ROOM (contact us)

• RECORDING ‘DRY HIRE’: You get full access to the live room and control room (see below for spec) and you bring your own engineer.

• RECORDING + ENGINEER: Professional tracking and mixing is available with our engineer, Daniel Finch. If you need an engineer, let us know and we can connect you.

CUSTOM PACKAGE DEALS (contact us)

• We offer tailored "Recording Packages” for longer-term projects. These combine multi-day studio hire with on-site Bunkhouse accommodation and catering options. Get in touch to discuss a bespoke deal for your project.

STUDIO SPEC

• Live Room: Active PA, 8-channel mixer, mics and stands, a selection of combo amps and cabs and an isolated vocal booth. Backline: Full drum kit (please bring sticks, and if possible: cymbals, snare, and pedals). Note: Hirers are responsible for any damage to studio equipment. 

• Control Room: 16 channels via Focusrite 18i20 & Behringer ADA800 / Tannoy Precision Monitoring / iMac & Reaper. 16-channel snake and 4 independent headphone returns to Live Room.
